The V.A.I. 200 (Vedette Acque Interne) are small units with a fiberglass hull employed for institutional services in closed waters or near the coast, very agile and easy to maneuver. The naval units built in the F.I.A.R.T. shipyard in Naples constitute the second batch of this type of boats, which differed from the first for the implementation of the water jet “Castoldi 06” instead of the previous “Ototrasm”.
