V. 5800


The V. 5800 are are naval vessels born from the demand of offshore units capable of operating even in unfavorable weather and sea conditions.

Designed by the Motomar Shipyard in 1979, on hulls of the British “Keith Nelson” type, with excellent marine qualities and great operational capabilities of a coastal patrol, they were built by numerous other shipyards. They are characterized by sturdiness, reliability and ease of maintenance. All the boats of the class are currently disused from the Italian Armed Forces.
