DESCRIZIONE DEL BENE OGGETTO DI ALIENAZIONE
Land Rover Defender AR 90 2.5 Tdi – Passo Corto Soft Top proveniente dal surplus delle Forze Armate, così come meglio descritto nella scheda tecnica allegata al presente annuncio.
Il veicolo non è ricondizionato, necessita di lavorazioni preventive al fine di renderlo marciante. Tutte le spese di smontaggio, rimozione e trasporto sono a carico dell’acquirente.
Il bene verrà posto in vendita nello stato di fatto e di diritto in cui si trova, con la modalità del visto e piaciuto.
PREZZO A BASE D’ASTA
Offerta minima: € 3000 (tremila/00 euro). Sono ammesse solo offerte in aumento rispetto al prezzo a base d’asta. Non sono ammesse offerte al ribasso.
MODALITÀ DI PRESENTAZIONE DELL’OFFERTA
Compilare il form sottostante indicando nome, cognome, email, numero di telefono ed indicando il valore relativo alla proposta di acquisto in cifre ed in lettere.
Le offerte potranno essere formulate fino alle 23.59 del giorno 3 Aprile 2023.
Oltre detto termine non sarà valida nessuna altra offerta anche se sostitutiva o aggiuntiva alla precedente.
MODALITÀ E CRITERI DI AGGIUDICAZIONE
L’asta si terrà con il metodo dell’offerta segreta e l’aggiudicazione avverrà con il criterio del prezzo più alto rispetto a quello posto a base d’asta.
Ai fini della necessaria immatricolazione del veicolo, l’Agenzia Industrie Difesa – Stabilimento Militare “Spolette” procederà all’invio al Pubblico Registro Automobilistico (PRA) e alla Motorizzazione Civile di apposita comunicazione (dispaccio) riportante i dati dell’aggiudicatario.
Non sono ammesse richieste di invio della predetta comunicazione a nome di soggetti diversi dall’aggiudicatario.
MODALITÀ DI SVOLGIMENTO DELLA VENDITA
La vendita sarà disposta a favore dell’offerente che presenterà il massimo rialzo sul prezzo a base d’asta da esprimere con offerte segrete. Si darà corso alla vendita anche in presenza di un’unica offerta valida. In caso di parità di offerta tra due o più concorrenti, AID comunicherà ai medesimi l’invito a presentare un’ulteriore offerta in aumento, che dovrà essere recapitata con le modalità sopra descritte entro 24 ore dalla richiesta.
Una volta individuati i vincitori dell’asta, questi ultimi verranno contattati dall’ufficio amm.vo dello Stabilimento Militare di Torre Annunziata per finalizzare la vendita.
I risultati dell’asta verranno pubblicati online entro trenta giorni a partire dalla data di chiusura dell’annuncio.
In caso di rinuncia, AID selezionerà per scorrimento l’offerta seguente più vantaggiosa.

DESCRIPTION OF THE GOOD SUBJECT TO ALIENATION
Land Rover Defender AR 90 2.5 Tdi Soft Top coming from the surplus of the Armed Forces, as better described in the technical sheet attached to this announcement. The vehicle is not reconditioned, it requires preventive work to make it march.
The good will be offered for sale in the state of fact and law in which it is, with the “as is” condition. All disassembly, removal, and transport costs are borne by the buyer.

AUCTION PRICE
Minimum offer: € 3000 (three thousand/ 00 euros). Only bids higher than the basic auction price are allowed.
SUBMITTING THE OFFER
In order to submit your offer, please fill in the form below indicating your name, surname, email, and telephone number and indicating the value of the purchase proposal in numbers and letters.
Offers can be made up to 11.59 pm on the 3rd of April, 2023.
Beyond this term, no other offer will be valid.
AWARD PROCEDURES AND CRITERIA
The auction will be held with the secret bid method and the award will be made with the criterion of the highest price compared to the one set on the tender auction.
METHOD OF CONDUCT OF THE SALE
The sale will be arranged in favor of the bidder who will present the maximum increase on the auction price, to be expressed with secret offers.
The sale will begin even in the presence of a single valid offer. In the event of a tie between two or more competitors, AID will notify them of the invitation to submit a further increasing offer, which must be delivered in the manner described above within 24 hours of the request.
Once the winners of the auction have been identified, they will be contacted by the administrative office of the Torre Annunziata Military Plant to finalize the sale.
The auction results will be published online within thirty days from the closing date of the announcement. In case of renouncement, AID will select the following most advantageous offer.
No requests on behalf of persons other than the successful tenderer will be accepted.
